Wellness for Couples Group

During this 8-week group for couples, you will learn ways to avoid falling into the cycles of arguing, shutting down, feeling unappreciated, and wondering if your partner will be there for you. We will utilize the Hold Me Tight® program, a product of over 30 years of research in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and a leader at the forefront of Couples Therapy in our generation.

By exploring the negative and destructive communication patterns that cause you to repeatedly get into the same conflicts with your partner, you can learn to identify the underlying emotional needs that are at the root of your disagreements, so you can both feel heard and understood by your partner.

Bringing Back Desire Workshop

Have you been feeling less interested in being intimate with your partner lately? Maybe you feel like your desire has decreased in recent years, or maybe you don’t remember ever having a strong interest in physical intimacy. Either way, if you are looking for change, this workshop is for you!

During this 3-hour workshop, you will learn researched-based information on how stress, trust, mood and body image can impact a woman’s desire, and how you can renew intimacy and connection with your partner.

This workshop will take place virtually.

The cost of this event is $150 per person.

*Please Note: This workshop is only for women, however, please reach out if you are interested in attending a future workshop with your partner.

Mindful Self-Love Group

Our Mindful Self-Love Group is a 4-week group focused on learning ways to improve your relationship with yourself and with others in your life using mindfulness. Mindfulness increases your awareness of your own habitual behaviors which you may not even notice are impacting your relationships.

During these sessions, we will provide you with tools for using mindfulness to navigate strong and challenging emotions. Not only will we be practicing mindful exercises together each week, you will also leave each session with a plan for action.

By working on improving emotional regulation and enhancing gratitude through mindfulness, you can transform your relationships!

Prepare/Enrich Premarital Program

Hey Engaged Couples!!

We are excited to announce our new Prepare/Enrich Premarital program designed to provide you with the foundational tools before you walk down the aisle.

The Prepare/Enrich assessment has been proven to decrease the risk of divorce by 30% and has been proven to increase relationship skills and satisfaction.

Our online program includes:

  • Prepare/Enrich Couple Assessment to identify areas of strength and areas of growth in your relationship, based on your responses to the online assessment

  • Six 60-minute private follow up sessions to discuss each of the core areas in the assessment and learn skills to grow in each area

  • A digital workbook of exercises and homework designed to deepen your understanding of your partner and improve connection.

  • A certificate of completion of the premarital program
